OxCrete Concrete Surface Retarder is a next generation water based concrete retarder designed to expose the aggregate, by combining with the surface of the wet concrete and delaying the surface set off time thereby allowing the surface aggregate to take hold within the concrete. After the washing off the retarder normal setting continues without compromising the strength of the concrete.
